Born in Charlottesville, Virginia (United States), singer, pianist, composer, arranger, choir director and singing teacher, he began singing in churchHoly Temple Church of God in Christ

He led theCelebration Gospel Choir as part of the “River to River” gospel concert on the Arno. He was director of the gospel choirMarkette, singer, pianist and dancer in the Italian variety show Markette directed by Piero Chiambretti.

He performed for Pope John Paul II in theSala Nervi of the Vatican, in the Olympic stadium in Rome and during the first appearance of Pope Benedetto XVI outside the Vatican City in Bari.

It also occurred atChildren in Crisis, the charity of Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York andPitti Immagine, the annual fashion event in Florence, for which he wrote, “Save the Children.” He led the 100 elements ofThe Millennium Voices during the New Year's Eve 2000 concert at Parco Parterre in Florence. In the same city, he is director and co-founder of theFlorence Gospel Choir School. In 2001, theFlorence Gospel Choir participated in the annual choir conference at the University of Porto.
